Canisteo PC offers membership plans only because our services and products are so ridculously low, we cannot supply these rates to everyone in the community.  We limit the number of memberships we have to ensure we can handle the workload and maintain our resolution times.

We are one of the best in the business having been in the industry for well over 30 years.  

Canisteo PC does not have a brick and morter store.  We come on site at no cost to you for pick up / drop off or we will perform the services right at your location.  In most cases, we resolve the issues through remote support.

We strive for same day or next day turn around on all support requests

Once you have an account with us, we provide you with specialized phone numbers and emails you can use for support and we offer support requests 24 hours a day, but we do take up to 4 hours for an initial response time.

We do close for all holidays and we let everone know when we are not going to be available and offer alternate solutions for support during those limited times.
