Please be advised that I do not offer any refunds on Website Hosting or Website Development because these are services performed immediately after payment is accepted.

There are multiple parts to the website that cost money to utilize and that is why there is no refund for any reason.

As for SEO services, if you ordered SEO Services with your package – The first month is billed when you ordered.  I will be sending out a recurring invoice for the remainder of the term you selected.  I do not accept monthly payments unless you are already an established customer and you will be billed 1 month in advance.  

Cancellation of SEO Services must be done in writing and allow 60 days notice.  If a billing occurs during the 60 days notice, there are no refunds issued and the funds are utilized in full to perform the service.  Your account will be looked at to see if there will be a refund of any kind and you will be notified in writing of any such refund and the amount.
