IT Support includes 24 hours a day technical support via remote desktop, email, telephone or if needed we come on site. We typically do not charge if we have to come on site but this can vary.
Our Operating hours are M-F 8am – 5pm. If you need immediate help and it is afterhours, then we may determine there are going to be charges for the service and you will be informed in advance. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely and we have to come on site there could be charges. If there are going to be fees you will be notified in advance.
